I’m so excited to share with you this beautiful Catholic Prayer Journal for Women. Yes, I’m biased because I think I created it, BUT I kinda created it for myself. I was looking for a Catholic Prayer Journal for myself and I wasn’t finding what I wanted… so I created it!

So you might be wondering what about it I really needed in a prayer journal…
It had to have a Catholic emphasis. I’ve had a Protestant prayer journal before and, as much as I liked the Christian influence, I wanted to have the Catholic faith infused in my daily prayers through this journal.
I wanted to have a monthly foundation to plan out my spiritual progress from month to month.
I wanted to have a place that brought in saint quotes and scripture related to that month’s Catholic theme (i.e. October as the Month of the Rosary) to help me to focus on that.
I wanted to have daily reflections based on Ignatius’ Spiritual Exercises and Lectio Devina. By doing this, I would be able to reflect on my daily thanksgivings and faults and offer them up to God. I would also be able to delve deeper into Scripture and uncover all the goodness it has to offer, with the daily reminder to do so in my prayer journal.
